Your expertise:

• Fresh graduate in Finance/Accounting, or recent graduate with 0-2 years of professional work experience
• High interest to develop and exercise analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working experience of any Data visualization tool (eg. PowerBI/Tableau, etc.) is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and professional development
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, digital mindset proximity
• Demonstrate leadership potential and a drive to advancement in your career
• SOCPA registration or willingness to get SOCPA registered with the company’s support is a plus

Exemplary Task Overview by Rotational Department as illustration:

• Business Performance Controlling (BPC):
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing financial data to support planning process
  • Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports based on financial data from ERP and other reporting system
  • Monitoring and controlling of cost center budget. Perform necessary escalation and action in case of variances
  • Assist in preparation of various management presentations
• Accounting (AC):
  • Assist in monthly financial closing activities
  • Get familiarized with Siemens Financial Reporting Guideline (SFRG) to support with the accounting assessment and treatment
  • Preparing of various accounting documents including journal vouchers, accounting assessment memos, etc.
• Order-to-Cash (OTC):
  • Data Analysis and Preparation for upcoming SAP ERP implementation (P58)
  • Order Entry Clarification at time of New Order Booking
  • Involvement in Project Execution (booking, cost controlling, key milestone tracking)
  • Regular Forecasting Process for key KPIs e.g. Revenue, Gross Profit, Balance Sheet items
