Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive safety management system.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement control measures.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs tailored to the Saudi Arabian workforce, including cultural considerations.
  • Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents promptly.
  • Implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws, occupational safety and health regulations, and client-specific requirements.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including fire prevention and evacuation procedures.
  • Track safety performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the safety performance of subcontractors and ensure their compliance with safety requirements.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification.
  • Minimum of +4 years of experience in health and safety within the construction industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
