Description
Oversee national operations of warehousing, cold chain logistics, inventory management, and transportation.Manage end-to-end logistics services from inbound to outbound, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.Lead and mentor a diverse team, promoting high performance and professional development.Ensure compliance with local and international standards, especially in cold chain management.Optimize warehouse operations to maintain accuracy in inventory and improve efficiency.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.Collaborate with senior leadership to align logistics strategies with business goals.Monitor fleet management, ensuring effective route planning and cost-efficient transportation.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced logistics professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in warehouse and operations management, particularly within cold chain logistics. They will have a proven track record of overseeing complex, multi-location operations, managing inventory, transportation, and fleet management in high-volume environments.
The candidate will be an effective leader, able to inspire and mentor diverse teams while driving operational excellence and efficiency.
