Head of UI/UX

We are seeking a Head of UX/UI Design for a leading neo-bank in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you’ll lead a team of designers, driving the user experience and design strategy for a new mobile banking app. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how users engage with cutting-edge digital banking solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for a creative leader with experience launching apps to oversee the full design process, from research to execution. You will ensure that our products are intuitive, innovative, and set the standard for customer experience in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of UX/UI designers, fostering creativity and delivering top-notch design work.
• Spearhead the UX/UI strategy for a new mobile banking app, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring innovative, user-centered solutions to life.
• Gather insights through testing and data to continuously improve the user journey.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all digital products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head of UX/UI Design or similar role, ideally in fintech or high-volume B2C products.
• App Launch Expertise: Strong background in launching mobile apps with a focus on exceptional user experience.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Arabic is a plus but not required.
