Head of Transformation and ResilienceJOB PURPOSE The Head of Transformation and Resilience is accountable for:– A specific risk assessment should be commissioned to understand Tornado Obsolescence on our ability to support the RSAF Customer (and wider operators) with a global Tornado fleet focus and assessment for individual operators. – Complete an end-to-end RACI definition and ensure that all stakeholders understand and commit to their specific responsibilities and interfaces. – Engage with the Support & Services Function to allow assembly of as much relevant experience / knowledge from Tornado ATTAC to support TSS. · The role holder needs detailed knowledge and understanding of BAE Systems, Air KSA and the Air KSA Operating Model, and key drivers to the wider success of the business. · The role holder will identify reputation issues, identify corrective actions and negotiate funding with internal stakeholders within the business when required. · Good stakeholder management skills and ability to interface with senior leadership is esssential as are solid communications skills, particularly in the written domain. An ability to compartmentise between projects when supporting ‘sign on’ projects is Significant breadth of business, product and process knowledge is required for the role both in Saudi Arabia and the UK. · The role holder requires substantial knowledge of Strategy and Project Management competencies.
