Job Description

The Head of Talent Acquisition is a pivotal role in the Real Estate and Business Consultancy Services sector, responsible for leading the recruitment strategy and execution to attract top-tier talent. Responsibilities:

  3. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
  4. Utilize data-driven approaches to improve recruitment processes and track key performance indicators.
  5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  6. Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the real estate and consultancy sectors.
  7. Establish relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to widen the talent pool.
  8. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
  9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment strategy.
