We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Business Unit Head to lead and grow our Infrastructure Electrification & Automation business in Saudi Arabia. This strategic leadership role combines business development, operational excellence, and team leadership to solidify Siemens as a market leader in this sector.

Your Role – International, Challenging, And Future-Oriented!

• Lead and grow the Electrification & Automation business in Saudi Arabia, including overseeing the regional P&L, while managing the complete portfolio of products, systems, solutions, services, and IoT business.

• Implement the regional strategy within Saudi Arabia, aligned with the global Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation framework.

• Develop and lead the Electrification & Automation team to enhance capabilities, capacity, and performance across the country. Drive exponential growth of the IoT portfolio through focused efforts on the local market.

• Establish and manage an effective vertical- and channel-oriented market coverage for the region, collaborating with other Business Units (BU) to ensure a unified "One Siemens" approach.

• Ensure profitable growth through the flawless execution of projects and driving productivity.

• Maximize market coverage across all channels, including indirect channels.

• Leverage the E&A portfolio to support customers in their journey to carbon neutrality.

• Serve as an ambassador for Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation at the regional level, representing both internal and external interests.

• Lead local regional center (RC) workshops and host global BU functions such as Operations, R&D, and Quality Management & GCC.

• Ensure that the business unit complies with local legal and regulatory requirements.

What you need to make real what matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Several years of experience in a strategic leadership role, including at least 5 years of management and leadership experience with direct responsibility for P&L and financials.

• Strong background in sales, with project management skills and/or experience in product management.

• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets, particularly in emerging markets.

• In-depth understanding of the Saudi market, including industry trends, technologies, and regulatory environments.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Established networks and relationships within the Saudi or Middle East markets are a plus.

• A positive, energetic, and collaborative leadership style that aligns with Siemens’ values of diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
