Job Description

Our client, a leading facilities management company in Dammam, is seeking a Head of Sales to drive growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel supplies, catering services, or laundry services within Saudi Arabia and a strong network of relationships with hotels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the company’s presence in the hospitality sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing contracts with hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups.
  • Leverage existing relationships with hotels to generate sales and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
