Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive funds management strategy aligned with business wide objectives.
Investments
Formulate and implement investment strategies to optimize returns in capital markets and real estate development.Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities alongside internal teams.
Portfolio Management
Oversee investment portfolios, ensuring diversification, risk management, and alignment with organizational goals.
Real Estate Development
Provide strategic oversight for real estate development projects, guiding initiatives from inception to completion.Partner with cross-functional teams such as project managers, and constructors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Prepare detailed financial reports, offering valuable insights into fund performance.Present financial updates to senior management and key stakeholders .
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.Proven executive experience in funds management, investments, or real estate development.Strong analytical and financial acumen, with a history of successful fund management.Fluency in Arabic.
