Saudi start-up company making e-signatures easy and secure. They help companies save time and build trust online by streamlining agreement signing for everyone involved with the integration with Nafath for more security and authentication.

Job Purpose:
 In this role, you will lead the strategic direction and vision of our product offerings, ensuring that we continuously deliver exceptional value and innovation to our customers. You will manage a team of two people: a technical product manager and a UI/UX designer. You will be working with an engineering and developers' team of ten.

 

Job Description:

  • Create and manage relationships with distributors and sellers.
  • Defining and communicating the product vision and strategy for the company's SaaS solutions.
  • Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept through market launch and beyond.
  • Prioritizing and managing the product backlog to align with business goals.
  • Acting as a servant leader within one of our agile development squads.
  • Developing detailed product roadmaps, managing feature delivery, and evaluating the impact on users and business.
  • Leading cross-functional teams through fast-paced, data-driven iterations to meet both customer and business objectives.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and prioritization.
  • Identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and use-cases to foster business growth.
  • Creating and maintaining product documentation, including briefs, success stories, pricing models, and customer presentations.
  • Engaging with customers, prospects, and partners to gather feedback and promote the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting the Marketing team with content creation for press releases, website updates, and promotional activities.

 

 

Skills

  • Proven experience in product management within a high-tech, B2B SaaS environment.
  • A technical background is highly preferred.
  • Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, strategic thinking, and creative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring designers and engineers.
  • Customer-centric with a proven track record of building engaging products.
  • Experienced in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Known for developing talent, building high-performing teams, and driving data-driven decisions.
  • Empathetic, humble, with strong listening skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Arabic speakers are an advantage.
