Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

• In this role you will lead a dynamic high-performance team of project managers and will be based out in Jeddah. Your primary task is to ensure that all the system and solution projects are running smoothly and all the necessary KPI’s i.e. revenue, profit, FCF are met.
• You will ensure that NCC are kept to a minimum and engagements with the customer are always maintained to ensure customer satisfaction.
• As Person in charge you will be establishing regular contact senior management on the customer side with main Focus on customer requirement while ensuring that the interest of the company is maintained.
• Ensure that you and your team is continuously engaged with the customer so that customer issues are addressed immediately.
• Reporting to the country business unit head, you will also be responsible for overseeing the factory operations also which manufactures switchgear, control and protection panels, and another EA portfolio. 
• To ensure proper execution of projects in terms of time and cost for system and solution business. 

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable University or college.
• You have a deep knowledge of our portfolio i.e. switchgear, control and protection, SAS systems and knowledge of turnkey solutions (preferred) combined with extensive work experience in similar field experience.
• You should have a proven track record of handling project management team of similar complexity.
• General operation knowledge of factory and engineering is a must.
• Our ideal candidate should be PMP Certified or PM@ Siemens certification.
• You like to work in a diverse Team and dynamic work environment where you will lead by example.
• You have an excellent communication skill, combined with fluent level of English. while Arabic is big advantage for this role.
