A leading Talent Acqusition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations - Manpower to lead our operations for the Manpower division in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that enhance service delivery, optimize processes, and align with the overall goals of the organization. This leadership position requires strong management skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring the effective deployment of manpower resources across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in manpower management.
- Oversee all aspects of manpower operations, including recruitment, deployment, and retention of skilled personnel.
- Coordinate with clients to assess their manpower needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of manpower operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees.
- Lead a team of operational staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to labor and employment.
- Prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring all activities remain within financial parameters.
