MARKETING STRATEGY



Establish a 3-axes Marketing Strategy for KSA market in line with the strategic objectives of the Maison, adapting brand guidelines to local market. Drive the market share and brand awareness in all our channels DTC, Distribution & E-com. Build local marketing plan, with a relevant 360, to drive and manage the trade plan immaculately. Act as interface for Training, Merchandising, Commercial Departments to ensure consistency between all touch points in line with the marketing strategy

PLANNING, TRADE AND ANIMATIONS



Plan, coordinate, and manage the marketing calendar/trade plan for the region with a strong focus on DTC, key retailers and E-com. Manage trade marketing initiatives for Fragrance, Makeup & Skincare and retailtainement ensuring effective communication between regional offices, Retail and Sales teams whilst respecting the Brand Equity Supervision and validation of all animations and on-counter events (layouts and tools) Build strong trade and CRM plans in coherence with the regional marketing plan and brand guidelines, liaising with Retail Director. Plan, implement and execute successful PR strategies and campaigns. Oversee special events such as sponsorship, public appearance, or other activities in order to gain public attention.

E-BUSINESS



Supervise the implementation of new business strategies for our own digital platform and work closely with the E-business regional team to increase the reach of the Brand online. Ensure strong communication with logistic, retail and sales teams to ensure all e-commerce touchpoints are covered. Build e-retail plan with the regional team and ensure the implementation.

MARKET VISITS



Conduct weekly market visits to ensure that the new launches are impactful and implemented properly. Check stock, availability, samples and VM. Feed the regional team with any trends, needs, competition that need to be addressed.

RETAILER PARTNERSHIP



Participate with the General Manager & Commercial Director in strategic meetings with suppliers and retailers to negotiate commercial conditions (margin, animations, exclusivity...) Negotiating exclusive animation with key retailors & malls.

FORECAST & BUDGET



Build, monitor and supervise annual budget, liaising closely with the Regional team, Finance, Logistic and Commercial teams. Breakdown analysis for: + Sales projections: novelties, basic at the commercial line level
+ POSM forecast budget: for testers, samples, merchandising elements, POS tools…
+ Local production elements: edition, merchandising.
+ Build accurate forecasts for the categories and monitor and communicate after-launch results to improve short and long-term forecasts accuracy.
+ Follow forecast processes to ensure OCD, and optimization of the plan.

ANALYSIS AND PRESENTATIONS



Conduct monthly reports on customer and sales analysis, shopper insights, traffic in store and store KPI's, monitor customer feedback. Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and provides suggested quantitative and qualitative reports, and action plans.

MANAGEMENT



Lead, manage and supervise the Marketing team in order to accomplish the objectives and grow their skills.

Profile



PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL SKILLS
A holder of a Marketing degree or similar field; an MBA is highly regarded. A strategic marketer with solid experience within the Middle Eastern context, with 7+ years of experience. Has a strong sense of Luxury, Beauty industry is a plus. An action-oriented visionary leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, that can roll up his/her sleeves when needed. Accustomed to matrix organizations. Proficient in Arabic & English, French is a plus. Deeply respectful and knowledgeable about local traditions.
