A successful Head of Market Access should have:
A strong academic background in Life Sciences or a related fieldProven experience in market access within the life sciences industryStrong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teamsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsA deep understanding of healthcare regulations in the United Arab EmiratesThe ability to develop and implement effective market access strategies
