About the role:



This is a critical leadership role responsible you'll build a learning ecosystem for your dedicated school model, which spans multiple campuses. Our primary focus may be helping students succeed in the Qudrat exam, but our mission goes much deeper. We aim to prepare students for life beyond school by fostering a mindset shift—from passively going through the motions to actively owning their educational journey.
Your role will be a perfect blend of data-driven strategy and Leading team to engage teachers in professional development to improve content, delivery, planning & pedagogical practices in a hybrid environment you'll be a champion for our students.

What you’ll do:



Architecting and continuously enhancing an AI-driven and hybrid learning ecosystem that measurably outpaces traditional education, backed by tangible gains in student achievement data Introducing thought-leadership on best learning practices in Noon’s hybrid learning environment Leading team to engage teachers in professional development to improve content, delivery, planning & pedagogical practices in a hybrid environment Elicit feedback from students to continuously improve the learning process challenges, and successes, using these insights to drive continuous improvement of the learning ecosystem Supporting in evaluating the impact and outcomes of your solutions and iterating based on feedback and data. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, and business operations leads to turning insights into hypotheses and translating them to make product and learning enhancement and deliver measurable impact for our students. Responsible for the “education strategy”, curriculum design, and content development operations
At least a bachelor’s degree ideally from a top-tier and well reputed university Strong understanding of learning principles, pedagogical practices and data-driven educational approaches Previous experience in an educational role, e.g. teaching, school administration, instructional / learning design, curriculum / content development, training, etc. will be preferred Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects A Saudi national (preferred) and Fluent in English and Arabic Highly emotionally intelligent - can quickly bond with stakeholders, e.g. teachers and gain their trust Has a lot of drive - energy+determination to achieve something with barriers in the way and in unfamiliar territory Passionate about technology and consumer-facing products, and can demonstrate that through personal projects, internships, or work experience. Proficient in using various tools and techniques to tell stories: sketches, videos, presentations, written documents. (Preferred) Experienced working in international team settings
