We are currently seeking an inspiring and qualified leader to fill the role of Head of Learning at our schools. The ideal candidate will be a visionary educational leader, capable of enhancing the quality of learning, implementing innovative teaching strategies, and leading the faculty team to achieve the best academic outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Educational Resources: Ensure all educational devices, tools, and materials are prepared and ready for the school day to support smooth teaching operations.
- Lead Departmental Meetings: Organize and lead regular meetings within the department to monitor progress, set objectives, assign tasks, and report updates to the school principal to foster academic development.
- Supervise and Evaluate Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members within the department, identifying weaknesses, implementing improvement plans, and ensuring high academic standards across the department.
- Track and Monitor Plans: Ensure the timely completion of weekly plans and tasks on the Canvas platform, verifying that all components and requirements are met within the defined timeframe.
- Develop Long-Term Strategies: Establish and implement long-term strategic plans for the department, setting clear goals and using measurable tools to evaluate progress with relevant stakeholders.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit detailed weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and solutions, ensuring the school principal is kept informed of the department’s ongoing efforts.
