Our client, a deep-tech AI company is searching for a Head of HR to join them in their Riyadh office. The Head of HR will join the Human Resources department and oversee their full
HR cycle.
Responsibilities:
Provide reports on all areas of HR such as Payroll, TNA, and Recruitment.
Advise and strategize on the development of effective policies across the company.
Provide professional leadership, support, and development to HR staff.
Ensure that the company complies with current regulations, and accepted professional standards, policies and procedures.
Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including
Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition.
Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, ensuring that the company values and approach are displayed.
Execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with company values, business strategy and commitments.
Ensure KPIs alignment with the OKRs and monitor results to enable effective performance evaluation across the company.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor degree in HR Management, or a related field.
10+ Years of relevant work experience.
Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and labor law.
Proven leadership experience in managing departments and teams.
The ability to analyze and review HR data to identify trends.
The ability to create people strategy.
A proactive attitude and a passion for leading with integrity.
