The Head of Fitness at V Fitness Club is responsible for overseeing the fitness programs, managing the fitness staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of fitness training and safety. This role is pivotal in driving member engagement, satisfaction, and retention through innovative and effective fitness solutions.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
  • Certification from a recognized fitness organization
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fitness management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
