About the role:
As our
Head of Expansion, you will play a critical role in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships. You will lead efforts to convince school operators to integrate our Tracks, manage high-level stakeholder relationships, and collaborate closely with relevant government entities. This role is perfect for someone with a strong commercial mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to establish trust with various stakeholders in the education ecosystem.
What you will do Drive Adoption & Partnerships
Identify, pitch, and onboard school operators to integrate Noon’s Tracks into their offering. Develop tailored partnership proposals and negotiate contract terms.
Stakeholder & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for school owners, C-level executives, and other key decision makers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships; ensure partners see tangible value in collaborating with Noon.
Government Relations
Cultivate and manage relationships with relevant government bodies. Effectively communicate Noon’s value proposition to gain government buy-in and support future privatization initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Stay on top of market trends, policy changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Regularly share insights with internal teams to refine our go-to-market strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of Noon’s tracks in partner schools
Provide feedback to drive product enhancements that resonate with local market needs.
What You’ll Bring
Extensive Experience in Business Development Proven track record of identifying and closing large-scale partnerships, preferably in the education or tech sectors.
Strong Credibility & First-Impression Skills
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to inspire confidence in high-level meetings.
Relationship-Building Proficiency
Skilled at nurturing enduring partnerships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
