Job Purpose
Responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple SAP projects and initiatives across the organization. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure that SAP programs align with the company's objectives. It requires a strong understanding of SAP applications, infrastructure, and project management.
Key Accountability Areas
- Responsible for the overall SAP eco-System (C4C, Hybris, SF and other SAP Products)
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive SAP program strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals.
- Engage with senior stakeholder team at a strategic level for developing and implementing relevant parts of other IT strategy.
- Accountable for implementing and driving regional initiatives.
- Set goals and evaluate the individual performance of direct reports and the wider team, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and individuals feel empowerment to own.
- Be a channel for internal communication between the SAP teams and other IT functions.
- Establish clear communication channels with all divisions and IT Business Partners
- Coordinates Business Plans and Roadmaps.
- Work with the enterprise architect office to build and maintain our ERP related frameworks.
- Develop and manage the program budget, tracking expenditures and optimizing costs.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects within the program.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions within the organization.

- Able to Plan, follow-up and execute those plans, whether they are annual or development plans.
- Monitor the plan performance and initiate action to strengthen results and take the corrective action accordingly.
- Provide periodic work progress reports.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.
Organizational Development:
- Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
- Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.
Business Process Improvements:
- Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
- Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.
Quality:

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field
