Job Summary:
Responsible for marketing activities such as managing the brand, marketing campaigns including advertising, promotions, market research, sales management, product development, distribution channel management, pricing, and customer service.
Responsibilities:Development of Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Identify suitable digital channels to maximize reach to the target audience.
Management of Digital Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and monitor online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for improved results.
Data Analysis and Performance Improvement:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics to analyze digital data and enhance user behavior understanding.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as visits, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Management of Social Media Channels:
- Develop content plans for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Lead digital campaigns on social media to boost engagement and build lasting relationships.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Enhancement:
- Implement SEO strategies to ensure high visibility in search results.
- Monitor performance and adjust SEO tactics to enhance site ranking.
Website Content Management:
- Update website content to improve user experience and meet company goals.
- Enhance user interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX) for increased site effectiveness.
Email Campaign Management:
- Develop email marketing campaigns to drive customer interaction and conversions.
- Design targeted email messages based on data analytics and audience segmentation.
Report Preparation:
- Compile regular reports on digital marketing campaign performance, expenditures, and revenue analysis.
- Provide recommendations to senior management for potential strategy modifications or enhancements.
Staying Current with Digital Trends:
- Monitor the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to adapt to market changes.
- Apply emerging trends to create innovative marketing concepts and attract new clientele.
Digital Team Management:
- Lead and guide the digital marketing team, including task delegation, training, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and creative to ensure efficient strategy implementation.
