Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Head of Corporate Finance for a leading manufacturer and distributor of food and agricultural products.
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Head of Corporate Finance will be responsible for the company's financial strategy, including mergers and acquisitions, investment management, banking relationships, and equity analysis.
Key Accountabilities- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities to support the company's strategic growth objectives.
- Oversee due diligence processes, financial modeling, and integration planning to ensure successful transactions.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and operational teams to structure deals that align with corporate goals.
- Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize the company's financial performance and capital allocation.
- Analyze potential investment opportunities, including market research, risk assessment, and return on investment evaluations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to support the company's financing needs.
- Negotiate financing terms, credit facilities, and other banking services to ensure favorable conditions for the company.
- Ensure compliance with all banking covenants and reporting requirements.
- Oversee the analysis of equity markets to inform strategic decisions related to capital raising, share repurchases, and investor relations.
- Provide insights into market trends, valuation metrics, and competitor performance to guide executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with the investor relations team to effectively communicate the company's financial performance and strategy to shareholders.
- Lead the development of financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to support team growth.
- Promote collaboration and effective communication within the finance team and across departments.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading M&A transactions, investment management, and maintaining banking relationships.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and corporate finance principles.
