Office: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based, where we have a sweet office near the Boulevard.
What you will do
As Head of Commercial you will own the commercial performance and growth for Noon’s portfolio of products - Noon’s Schools, Labs and after-school bootcamps.
Responsibilities Include

Commercial: Commercial performance (revenue and enrolments), product-market fit (PMF), and offering design.

Marketing & Sales: Responsible for brand health, market growth, and sales operations.

Go To Market: Drive discovery and enrollments for schools and future expansions (new products, new markets)

Student Experience: Owns the experience architecture and delivery to ensure we are delivering on our promise.
Key Tasks

GTM Strategy & Execution: Design and manage the go-to-market strategy for Noon Schools and bootcamps, including market positioning, target segments, value propositions, offerings, marketing strategy, and messaging.

User Growth: Create and manage acquisition and engagement channels, both digital and offline.

Sales Management: Lead a high-performing and empathetic sales team, covering both telesales and field sales.

User Experience Management: Build and manage user journeys to ensure a superior learning experience for students, covering acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Marketing: Develop creative and communications strategies that resonate deeply with our target segments, including students, parents, government, and schools. This will require strong user insights and alignment with our GTM strategy.
Ideal Candidate

Experience: 8+ years in marketing, commercial, product, or growth roles. Startup experience is a plus.

Leadership: Can design and deliver strategic initiatives, ensure alignment and recruit support across the organization.

Empathy: High empathy with a natural talent for understanding people. Skilled in understanding and managing user behavior.

Action-Oriented: Bias for action with the ability to effectively organize and execute strategies.

Great Marketeer: Strong understanding of markets and marketing. Experience in launching new products or expanding existing products into new markets is a plus. Knowledge of sales operations and managing sales teams is a plus.

Language Skills: Exceptional in Arabic and proficient in English. Strong understanding of context, tenor, and tone in both languages.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with exceptional analytical skills.
