Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • 10 years of experience in the same Field and 3 years experience in same position as Head nurse ECU
  • Master’s degree in nursing Holder
  • Dataflow is a must.
  • Saudi license holder is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Manage and supervise nursing staff in the Extended Care Unit.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients.
  • Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
  • Conduct staff evaluations and provide feedback for performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with medication protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Handle patient and family concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in extended care nursing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in the Extended Care Unit.
  • Monitor patient progress, update care plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards of care.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing personnel.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and schedule appropriate coverage.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of care and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
  • Facilitate continuing education opportunities for nursing team members.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing personnel.
