Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. The Role of Guest Services Manager :



We currently have an opportunity for a Guest Services Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
R eporting to the Director of Rooms, you will be res ponsible for overseeing all aspects of the Guest Services department including Door Attendants, Bell Attendants, Valet, Drivers and Concierge.
As part of the Rooms Leadership team, you will manage the hotel lobby and arrival/departure experience of our guests; res ponding to a wide variety of guest needs and requests adding your personal recommendations and touches to ensure that our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence . Res ponsibilities will include monitoring daily bookings and ensuring assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in, coordinating luggage collection and storage, overseeing check-in and check-out procedu res including res ervations and financial transactions, highlighting hotel amenities and programs offered, and analyzing guest feedback to ensure we are consistently delivering exceptional experiences.

Our Ideal Guest Services Manager candidate will have:



Expertise in luxury hospitality operations and proven leadership experience within Guest Services focusing on service quality . We are looking for a special individual whom sha res our pas sion for excellence and whom delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests .
You will have a special talent for ensuring our guests are privy to the best recommendations and personalized service, ensuring that every experience is unlike another and that each and every guest is the most important person in the room. You will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a pas sion for service and an exceptional eye for detail, an empathetic and caring approach, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that cre ates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
Additionally, you will be a pas sionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strategic, analytical, and strong business acumen, an eye for detail, a pas sion for service, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that cre ates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities. P revious pre-opening experience is essential.

Supporting the Saudi nationalization scheme, we are looking forward to connecting with Saudi nationals who have a pas sion for excellence . Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
