Job Description

The Guest Relations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for guests in the facilities and property management sector. This position involves overseeing the guest relations team, implementing service standards, and fostering a welcoming environment.   9. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
