Role Purpose: Responsible in answering all incoming telephone calls; satisfying customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner; arrange appointments and conduct pre and post service follow-ups.
Key Activities:
- Receive guest inquiries either personal or through telephone and direct inquiries/telephone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary and determines if the inquiries can be handled by the receptionist and satisfy the customers’ reason for calling if possible.
- Conducts pre and post service follow up and assists the Service team in contacting customers whose vehicles are scheduled for maintenance check-up or services.
- Answers all incoming service department calls according to company’s policies and good telephone etiquette and take the message or inquiries and route them to the concerned associates/ staff for resolution or mitigation.
- Assists the Service Advisors in contacting guests/customers whose vehicles have been serviced to inform them that their vehicles are ready for delivery or pick-up.
- Takes written message for occupied personnel and notifies them as soon as possible regarding pending issues or arranges appointments for the guests if the meeting does not takes place.
- Maintains a high standard of personal grooming, hygiene and safety and reports to management any situation or condition that could jeopardize the safety, welfare, integrity of the Branch, its employees and customers.
