Eram Talent is seeking a motivated Greenhouse Technician to join our Client in Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations within our greenhouse facility, ensuring ideal conditions for the growth of a variety of plants and crops.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and regulate the greenhouse environment, including temperature, humidity, and light exposure, to support optimal plant growth.
- Implement and manage irrigation and fertilization programs tailored to the specific needs of different plant varieties.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on greenhouse equipment, such as climate control and irrigation systems.
- Assist in the propagation and transplanting of plants, ensuring proper techniques to maximize plant health.
- Regularly inspect plants for signs of pests and diseases, implementing effective management strategies.
- Document all operations, including planting schedules, growth progress, and environmental data for analysis.
- Work closely with agronomists and other specialists to adopt best practices for crop management and production techniques.
