Greenhouse Technician

Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated and skilled Greenhouse Technician to join our team. As a Greenhouse Technician, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the greenhouse, ensuring optimal growth conditions for our plants and crops.

• Monitor and maintain appropriate environmental conditions for plant growth, including temperature, humidity, and light levels.
• Implement irrigation and fertilization programs to optimize plant health and productivity.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on greenhouse equipment such as heating, cooling, and irrigation systems.
• Assist in propagation and transplanting of various plant species, ensuring proper care and handling.
• Conduct pest and disease monitoring to identify and mitigate risks early.
• Maintain accurate records of greenhouse operations, including planting schedules, growth progress, and environmental conditions.
• Collaborate with agronomists and other specialists to implement best practices for crop management and production.
