Key Responsibilities:

1. Greenhouse Setup and Operations:

• Plan, design, and establish the greenhouse infrastructure from the ground up.
• Propose necessary equipment and technology to the management, secure approvals, and oversee implementation.

1. Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of greenhouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
• Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.

1. Plant Cultivation and Breeding:

• Develop and execute cultivation plans for target crops, including tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers.
• Oversee plant-breeding activities to improve quality and yield.

1. Plant Health and Protection:

• Implement disease and pest management strategies to protect crops and ensure healthy growth.
• Monitor environmental conditions and adjust practices as needed to optimize crop health.

1. Budget and Resource Planning:

• Prepare and manage budgets for greenhouse operations, including staff, equipment, and supplies.
