As a GRC Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the company's compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and implement effective governance strategies. Experience in managing GRC functions.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive GRC strategy aligned with the company's goals & requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of compliance programs, including risk management frameworks, internal controls, and policies.
- Lead internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards & requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance matters related to governance, risk, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain an effective risk management culture.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of compliance activities to senior management & the board.
- Identify and assess risks, recommending appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same field.
- Organize tasks and complete them on time while paying attention to details.
- Respond to changes positively and be willing to learn new methods to achieve work activities and goals.
