Job Description
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in developing visual design concepts across various projects. This position involves collaboration with team members, participation in design critiques, and assistance in producing high-quality design concepts, visuals, and mockups that align with project objectives.
ROLE OUTCOMES
- Develop High-Quality Presentations: Create visually compelling and effective presentations that engage the audience and communicate key messages clearly.
- Create a Range of Design Assets: Plan and produce a variety of design assets, including graphics, layouts, product illustrations, logos, presentations, and sales decks.
- Produce Engaging Multimedia Content: Generate short videos, GIFs, and motion graphics for social and digital platforms that enhance engagement and attract target audiences.
- Manage Multiple Projects and Deadlines Efficiently: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate Effectively with Team Members and Clients: Work collaboratively with team members and clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions while maintaining design integrity.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Software skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Capable of creating high-quality designs such as product illustrations, logos, layouts, and presentation designs.
- Multimedia Expertise: Proficient in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the ability to create engaging short videos, GIFs, and motion graphics
- Design skills: Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. Ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate messages and align with project goals and brand standards.
- Attention to details: Ensure all designs are pixel-perfect and aligned with project goals and brand standards. Meticulously check work for accuracy and completeness, making revisions as needed.
- Knowledge of UX/UI Principles:Familiarity with user experience and user interface design principles to enhance the usability and functionality of designs.
- 6. Photography and Videography Skills: Ability to capture high-quality photographs and videos, contributing to the overall visual narrative and enhancing multimedia content.
CRITERIA
· Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or an equivalent technical degree.
· Bonus: Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design or Marketing Design.
· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Fluency in Arabic is required.
· 2-5 years of experience in an agency or client-based creative studio.
· Excellent time management skills.
· A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant work.
