Job Description

Experience Level: 2-3 Years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Develop and refine visual assets, including illustrations, logos, and presentations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
