Moreover, the resort features seven different gastronomic experiences, sprawling pools and recreational facilities, a spa, a health club and curated meetings and events spaces for leisure, business travellers and groups.With the worldliness that travel brings, every stay will take your imagination to places you’d never expect!Government Relations ManagerWe are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Human Resources professionals who take pride in delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing creative solutions for our employees.As a Government Relations Manager, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day processing of all transactions related to visas, permits, licenses, and registrations while liaising with various government departments and agencies. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the processing of all types of visas, including employment visas and residence visas for employees, as well as visas required for entertainers and guests. Monitoring the renewal of permits and licenses, including hotel trade licenses, certificates of registration, civil defense certificates,Municipality license (Baladiya), Tourism Licence, Tourism Classification, Room rate (Tourism price Letter), Water Quality Certificate, Shomoos Certificate, ENJAZ Certificate (CCTV instllation Certifacte from Police) and more. Staying up to date with any changes or amendments to laws, rules, regulations, forms, formats, and other procedures that might be acquired. Ensuring that all relevant documents are communicated periodically to the immigration and labor offices for canceled or absconding employees, so they can be removed from the hotel’s sponsorship list. Completing departure and exit formalities for employees after the cancellation of visas or residence permits.Education, Qualifications & ExperiencesYou must have a minimum of four years of experience in a government relations role, with proven knowledge of labor laws and immigration procedures in the assigned country. You should be fluent in writing and speaking English, be computer literate, and hold a valid local driving license.Knowledge & CompetenciesThe ideal candidate will be results-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a positive attitude. You should have strong lateral thinking, excellent social skills, and a confident presence, enabling you to interact effectively with officials.
