Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Supervise and coordinate all matters related to Government Offices with the objective of ensuring the best interest of company are served.
  • Review the daily routine work of the daily assignment professionally and in timely manners.
  • Ensure timely processing of new and renewal of Iqamas, transfers of sponsorship, registration of new employees, addition of dependents, extension of visas, exit/re- entry visas, final exit and any other government related processing for the employees and their dependents.
  • Supervise the activities of obtaining visit and dependent visas for dependents, official visit visas and work visas at the Block Visa Office.
  • Coordinate with Government offices for processing governmental related requirements.
  • Coordinate with MOI, MOL, MOFA, MISA and other government related offices for expediting the processing / approval cases related to the employees and their dependents.
  • Generate weekly Task Reports.
  • Maintain up to date license and Issuing licenses for company and employees.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of government office regulations related to his work area.
  • You should have an excellent understanding of all relevant legislation, government processes, and policies impacting the company and employees.  
  • You will engage with key internal leaders to inform and update on all relevant policy and regulatory developments, prepare papers, reports, position papers, and other related materials.
  • You will maintain all necessary systems and documentation following relevant quality standards and ensure compliance and effective external engagement.
  • Responsible for compliance with legal and HR requirements.

Specialized Knowledge:


  • Working knowledge with passport and visa procedures.
  • Knowledge of office application systems.
  • Ability to communicate with government staff.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a pressurized environment.
  • You can work collaboratively and constructively as a member of cross-functional teams.
