Job Description

In this role, You will be responsible for managing Governance & Compliance activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the section’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for
Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance plan that covers all aspects of STA activities.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Maintain a register of non-compliance incidents, track mitigation efforts, and escalate issues as needed.
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders in understanding and implementing compliance requirements.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our compliance processes and practices.
Foster a strong compliance culture within STA through targeted programs and initiatives.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need:
Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration or any relevant field  is preferred
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field
