Key Responsibilities:
Government Liaison
- Proactively communicate with Saudi ministries (Commerce, Taxation, etc.) for regulatory consultations
- Represent clients at government offices requiring Saudi citizen access
- Obtain real-time policy updates via phone/email/onsite visits
Operational Support
- Guide Chinese clients through government registration processes
- Address localization requirements for cross-border operations
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects supporting business growth
Documentation Expertise
- Accurately translate Arabic legal documents to English/Chinese
- Maintain bilingual regulatory database for team reference
- Prepare compliant templates for official submissions
Skills
Language Skills (Mandatory):
- Native Arabic proficiency
- Professional English translation capability (samples required)
- Basic Chinese communication preferred
Technical Competence:
- Thorough understanding of Saudi business registration/tax compliance
- Familiarity with official document formats (CR certificates, VAT filings, etc.)
- Prior legal translation experience preferred
Experience:
- 1+ years in government liaison or corporate registration services
- Experience supporting Chinese companies strongly valued
- Fresh graduates must provide relevant internship proof
