Job Description

Job Purpose / Objective  Coordinate and follow up on all tasks related to GOSI “General Organization for Social Insurance.Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities   Registers all new employees in GOSI at
the time of joining.Coordinate and ensure timely payment of
GOSI.
Ensure the availability of all
information required to make efficient and effective regulatory affairs management
system.
Verify and audit the GOSI contributions
on a regular basis and ensure that all relevant staff is in the list and the
payment is made.
Ensure deletion from GOSI of terminated
staff after clearance with HMG.
Coordinates with other HR projects for
registration and deletion in GOSI for employees under the sponsorship of other
project.
Ensure that Saudi employees are not
registered in GOSI with other companies.
Ensure that Saudi employees are not
registered in GOSI as students.
Maintain GOSI report on monthly basis.
Participate in person-centered care
initiatives undertaken by HMG.
Enrich patient experience with
compassion, respect and dignity
Perform
other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge,
skills and abilities.Education/ Professional QualificationDiploma Holder or College Graduate/ Human Resource, Business Administration.Experience 1 year of relevant experience.  Professional Licensing / Certification / Training Relevant certification.
