About the Role



The Go to Market (GTM) Manager is part of the Growth team, which leads the Schools program. This role will play a pivotal role in building the school experience and bringing it to the market.

Responsibilities



- Commercial: Develop product-market fit (PMF) strategy, GTM planning, offering design, and pricing.
- GTM: Drive discovery and enrollments for schools.
- Student Experience: Design the experience architecture and delivery.

Key Tasks



- GTM Strategy & Execution: Design and manage the go-to-market strategy for Noon Schools, including market positioning, target segments, value propositions, offerings, marketing strategy, and messaging.
- User Growth: Create and manage acquisition and engagement channels, both digital and offline.
- Sales Management: Lead a high-performing and empathetic sales team, covering both telesales and field sales.
- User Experience Management: Build and manage user journeys to ensure a superior learning experience for students, covering acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Marketing: Develop creative and communications strategies that resonate deeply with our target segments, including students, parents, government, and schools. This will require strong user insights and alignment with our GTM strategy.

Requirements



- Minimum of 5+ years experience in marketing, commercial, product, or growth roles. Startup experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated high empathy and innate ability to understand and manage user behavior effectively.
- Proven bias for action with the ability to effectively organize and execute strategies
- Strong market and marketing acumen, with experience in product launches and market expansions being a plus. Knowledge of sales operations and team management is a plus
- Proficiency in Arabic and English with a deep understanding of context, tenor, and tone in both languages.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with exceptional analytical skills.
