Assist category leader on new launch of pack materials; in terms of vendor qualification, supplier registration, and issuing/expediting orders and then handover to SC for regular supply management. • Assist other category leads on supplier registrations processes through communication with vendors, collecting necessary documents, and raising creation tickets. • Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers. • Prepare material forecast on monthly/quarterly basis to be shared with suppliers according to the business allocation. • Support Category lead and collect price quotations from suppliers, review, and share with category lead. Qualifications • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting and procurement performance management systems in globally operating companies. • Procurement experience in regional set up is a must. • Ability to communicate effectively and develop business partnerships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. • Comprehensive experience with data analysis using tools like Excel, Access & SAP. • Ability to manage multiple assignments
