Global Events & Exhibitions Operations Sr. Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for Supporting in developing STA’s yearly events & exhibitions calendar and associated budget in coordination with various STA functions according to the Marketing sector plan
Role responsibility:
Support in developing Saudi tourism authority yearly events & exhibitions calendar and associated budget in coordination with various Saudi tourism authority functions according to the Marketing sector plan
Collect and analyze information to support the development of new ideas and concepts for exhibitions to promote Saudi and various products and programs to the markets
Develop exhibitions related RFPs and maintain continuous communications with the Procurement team
Follow up and report on execution of events & exhibitions operations based on approved plans, milestones, budgets, etc. and identify areas of improvement for upcoming Saudi tourism authority exhibitions
Contribute to the execution of events & exhibitions operations and ensure alignment with Saudi tourism authority requirements
Support Business Units in executing market-specific events and participation in operations as and when required
Support suitable partners recruitment and management at trade participation and collection of participation fees (revenue generating to Saudi tourism authority)
Support external vendors and suppliers to support with the coordination and execution of operations lead participations as needed in coordination with Procurement.
Perform other activities as and when required.
Role requirement:
Recommended 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or any relevant field
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
