Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, GIS, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in GIS analysis and mapping.
Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or GIS Professional (GISP).
Technical Skills: Experience in cadastral mapping and familiarity with GIS software and tools.
Documentation Skills: Proven ability to gather requirements and develop comprehensive documentation, including PRDs and SRS.
