Role Purpose:

Responsible in the Projects Management and Project Controls (Time and cost control).


Key Activities:

  • Manage Projects from inception till completion through Project controls.
  • Local and regional impact on project stakeholders.
  • Monitoring the budget and setting the initial master plan.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders (Client/ Consultant/ Contractor/ Authorities/ Marketing & sales department/ Audit/ ALJ Group).
  • Evaluation alternative and recommend the best action.
  • Measure actual project cost and time to be reported to higher management.
  • Provide problem solving recommendation in order to align the planned versus the actual progress.

  • Negotiation skills 
  • Expert in Ms Office (MS Project), Primavera, AutoCAD and special software. 
  • Stress Tolerance
