Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations to maximize revenue, profit, and market share.
- Manage P&L and drive lean processes and cost-effective production.
- Lead teams and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Innovate through R&D and diversify product lines.
Ideal Candidate:
- 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Expertise in P&L management, team leadership, and process optimization.
- Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
