As a General Manager- Manpower Services will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and business development of the manpower company, ensuring efficient workforce deployment, client satisfaction, and growth in line with industry standards and company objectives.


Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


  • Develop and implement the business strategy for the manpower company, aligning with the Saudi holding company's objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workforce deployment and compliance with local regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and market share.
  • Manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and operational costs are controlled.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure all company activities comply with Saudi labor laws and manage risks associated with manpower deployment.
  • Regularly report on company performance, including financial metrics, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously seek process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the manpower company and the holding company, ensuring alignment on goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:


  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role within the manpower or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and developing talent.
  • Track record of successful client relationship management and business development.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
  • Proficiency in using industry-specific software and technology for workforce management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working within a large corporate structure or holding company environment.
