InterContinental Jeddah –  General Manager

Step into a legacy of luxury at InterContinental Jeddah. We’re seeking an inspiring General Manager with a strong background in luxury operations, ideally with international experience, to lead the transformation of this iconic hotel. Overlooking the world-renowned King Fahad's Fountain and located near Jeddah's governmental and cultural heart, the InterContinental Jeddah is poised to reclaim its place as a market leader in the luxury segment.

Your day-to-day:

• Oversee Renovations and Enhancements: Direct daily progress on renovation projects to elevate the hotel’s luxury standards, ensuring all updates align with the brand’s vision.
• Ensure Exceptional Guest Experience: Maintain the highest service standards for a prestigious clientele, including corporate guests, royals, VIPs, and government officials.
• Lead and Inspire the Team: Provide daily guidance, development and support to the team, fostering stability and motivation.
• Drive F&B Innovation: Manage and revitalise six F&B outlets with creative, market-driven concepts, enhancing quality, ambiance, and appeal to attract a broader guest base.
• Strengthen Market Position: Implement strategies to boost guest retention and satisfaction, positioning the hotel as Jeddah’s top choice for luxury accommodation and dining.

What we need from you: 
 

• Luxury Hospitality Expertise: Strong background in managing luxury hotels, with proven success commercially in F&B and renovations.
• Middle Eastern Experience: Familiar with the region’s culture and market dynamics.
• Creative and Innovative: Able to revitalise F&B offerings with fresh, market-driven concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Managing a team of 200 staff with a focus on effective communication and relationship-building with guests, team and Owners.
