  • Manage Employee Experience: Take charge of the entire employee life cycle experience, from recruitment to departures. You'll ensure a seamless journey for our employees, in every stage of their transitions.
  • HR Operations & Team Management: You will have an operation team to help you optimize HR operations, enhancing processes for maximum organizational effectiveness. Your keen eye for detail and strategic insights will drive efficiency and excellence of your team.
  • Talent Management: Spearhead initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent. Your efforts will be crucial in building a high-performing, engaged workforce.
  • Build Employer Brand: Be the storyteller of our company's unique culture and values. Through authentic and compelling narratives, you'll enhance our employer brand and attract like-minded professionals.


What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 20 years of HR experience, with at least 15 years in a managerial role.
  • Extensive experience in HR strategy development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving HR initiatives.
  • Experience working in the Middle East is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
