General Manager

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the business by developing and implementing strategic plans, managing resources, and ensuring the achievement of financial targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the company's strategic plans and objectives.
2. Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve business goals.
3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government authorities.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Preferred Candidates:

1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the recruitment industry.
2. Strong leadership and management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contractors, preferably in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical plants.
7. Previous Saudi Aramco experience with approval is preferred.
8. Experience in coordinating field activities in a project and controlling manhours.
9. Ability to plan work according to project schedule requirements.
10. Experience in leading greenfield and brownfield projects (not mandatory).
