The program carries possibility of converting to a job in the firm judging by fit and caliber shown during program duration.

Qualifications
+ Outstanding academic achievement: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Operation, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or relevant degrees.
+ Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written).
