Job Description

  • Design and structure real estate investment funds in alignment with organizational goals and investor requirements to ensure the best possible return.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fund performance and achieve investor objectives to increase fund profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities and trends to make informed investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial and legal regulations to avoid legal risks.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain fund-related documentation, agreements, and disclosures including investment contracts and performance reports to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Stay informed of relevant regulatory changes and their impact on fund operations to update fund policies.
  • Monitor key fund performance indicators including cash flow projections and financial models to assess fund performance.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, and finance teams to ensure seamless fund operations to achieve integration between departments.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with fund structuring and management to protect fund investments.
  • Coordinate efforts for fund launches, modifications, and ongoing operations to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives for fund growth and development to achieve the fund's long-term goals.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in investment fund structuring, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market and investment tools.
  • Good knowledge of regulations and laws related to investment funds.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
